Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a round baking pan with butter and dust with flour.
In a stand mixer or bowl, add the orange-flavored cake mix, eggs, milk, and margarine (or butter).
Beat all the liquid ingredients together with the cake mix for about 3 to 4 minutes, until you obtain a smooth and creamy mixture.
Using a spoon or spatula, gently fold the chocolate sprinkles into the batter without beating.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
Perform the toothpick test: if it comes out clean, the cake is done. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, unmold, and serve.
