Ingredients

• 1 Package of Doritos (140g) crushed for the crust
• 3 Tablespoons of Unsalted Butter
• Olive oil to taste
• 500g of Ground Beef
• 100ml of Water
• 2 Tablespoons of Meat Seasoning
• 1 Cup of Tomato Sauce (240ml)
• 500g of Plain Yogurt
• 150g of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• +1 Package of Doritos (140g) for the topping

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Crush the first package of Doritos (140g) and mix with the melted unsalted butter.
3. Line the bottom and sides of a baking dish with this mixture, pressing down well, and bake for 5 minutes to set. Set aside.
4. In a pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the ground beef until browned.
5. Add the meat seasoning, water, and tomato sauce. Cook over low heat until the sauce thickens slightly.
6. Pour the sautéed ground beef over the baked pie crust.
7. Spread the plain yogurt evenly over the meat layer.
8. Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese and finish with the second package of Doritos, slightly broken, on top.
9. Bake again for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly. Serve immediately.
